Ten Acre Pinot Noir is a serious subregional expression of Gibbston, delivering black Doris plum, violet florals and a delicate mineral core. Judicious ageing in oak contributes to a lengthy fine grained tannin profile while a small proportion of whole cluster fermentation ensures freshness and aromatic lift. This is a complex, richly textured wine that will age well and can be confidently cellared for 8 10 years.
